Time: 7:00pm – 10:30pm
Venue: Carnival Showground, SE Davis, Sandhills Farm
(via Edgioake Lane, B96 6BG)
Please have your ticket ready to show at the entrance – this can be shown on your phone. You’ll receive a wristband on arrival, which must be worn if you leave the site and wish to re-enter.

🎶 What to Expect
Join us for a relaxed summer evening featuring:
- 🎵 Live music and DJ sets
- 🍻 Licensed bars
- 🍔 Fantastic local food vendors
- 💃 Plenty of space to dance, relax and enjoy great company
This is an outdoor event, so you’re welcome to bring a blanket or fold-up chair if you’d like somewhere comfortable to sit. A limited number of tables and chairs will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Children are very welcome but must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.
As preparations for Carnival Day take place nearby, there may be vehicle movements and fairground construction around the wider showground. For everyone’s safety, please ensure children remain within the designated event areas.
Please note that every child attending must have a valid ticket.

🍔 Food & Drink
The Sundowner is a licensed event.
As a condition of our premises licence, security will carry out bag checks on entry. Any alcohol brought onto the site will be safely held by security and returned to you when you leave.
We kindly ask guests not to bring their own food unless it is required for genuine dietary requirements, allergies or very young children with specific needs.
We’ll have a fantastic selection of local food vendors and licensed bars throughout the evening, offering something to suit a wide range of tastes. Supporting these local businesses helps make events like this possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

🚌 FREE Shuttle Bus
We’re delighted to once again offer our FREE shuttle bus service, kindly supported by Royal Motorways.
The shuttle will operate from approximately 6:30pm until the event closes, running between the SE Davis showground and the bus stops along Evesham Road as far as Crabbs Cross Island.
At approximately 6:45pm, the driver will also make an additional journey to Cookhill Village Hall and The Neville Arms to collect guests. This journey time is approximate and will depend on demand.
Return journeys to Cookhill Village Hall and The Neville Arms will begin from approximately 9:30pm, departing as the bus fills up.
If you find the shuttle bus temporarily unattended, simply ask a member of our security team or visit the bar and we’ll happily locate the driver.

If you’re travelling by car, our stewards will direct you to the appropriate parking area on arrival.
